All Apothecary, Undergarments and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
In-Store Return Policy: In store, we make an effort to help our clients find the items they’ll love. If you need to return your purchase or gift we offer store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns if items show any signs of wear or damage.
Web Return Policy: We understand that when shopping online sizing may be a challenge. If you can’t make it into the shop, we are happy to assist you over the phone to help you decide on your purchase — give us a call! (323) 928-2252.
If you receive your item and it doesn’t fit, contact the store within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to process a return.
All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Email hello@lakeboutique.com to receive a return authorization and shipping label. Your merchandise purchase amount minus the Original and Return Shipping costs will be credited back to your original payment method.
We MUST receive the returned merchandise NO LATER THAN 7 days after your return has been authorized. Please include your original packing slip in your package or your return will not be processed.
Send the merchandise using the prepaid Return Shipping label that is emailed to you. Please re-use the original shipping materials if possible.
Please be advised that often your banking institution will require additional days to post the refund to your bank account. If you used a credit card, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your monthly credit card paper statement.
If you paid with a LAKE gift certificate, you will be issued a new gift certificate in the amount of your refund.
LAKE is not responsible for missing or mis-delivered packages.
